The sixth and final presentation in the series of listening to other voices for 2020-21, entitled “Laudato Si’: The Cry for the Earth and the Cry of the Poor,” was held.
An amazing talk with Mary Evelyn Tucker and John Grimm to learn more about “The Cry of the Earth and the Cry of the Poor,” they shared their experience in an in-depth analysis of the encyclical Laudato Si’.
They explained that Laudato Si’ is probably the most important encyclical in the history of the Catholic Church offered by Pope Francis for the transformation of our planet.
The encyclical is addressed to all people living on this planet, and the experts invite Catholics to care for creation through a great introduction.
They spoke about the influence Pope Francis had and regarding the people who in some way helped create this important document.
“Hope with the Pope” reflected in Laudato Si’, is an amazing document.
