This year, the Laudato Si’ Movement celebrates 10 years of walking together, dreaming of a world that is more just, sustainable and in harmony with all Creation. They have been years of tireless work, of sowing and harvesting, of community and hope. And now, it is time to celebrate! To commemorate this decade of our living story, we have launched the campaign How it started, how it’s going, an open invitation to all those who have been part of the Movement -from those who started in the first prayer circles to those who have joined recently- to share their memories and their present. Share them on your social media using the hashtag #LSM10 and tagging the Laudato Si’ Movement.

How to participate?

It’s very simple. During the months of June and July, we invite you to: 📸 Upload a photo of “how your journey in the Laudato Si’ Movement started”: it can be of your first circle, a training activity, a march, or even a personal photo of the moment you decided to care for our common home. 📸 And a snapshot of “ how it’s going”: how do you live your commitment today? What has changed in you, in your community, in your lifestyle? To help you, you can use this template and give your memories a special touch:

When uploading them to your social media, use #LSM10 and tag us at Laudato Si’ Movement. You can also send them directly to our team so we can share them on our official channels: [email protected]

Why do it?

Because looking back helps us to be grateful. And looking forward inspires us to continue. Every story counts. Every image is a testimony of love for Creation. And together, all our photos form a mosaic of hope that we want to show the world.

10 years later, we are still walking!

Thank you for being part of this story. Thank you for continuing to say yes to the call of Laudato Si’. Let us celebrate together what we have achieved and what is yet to come! Be part of this campaign by sharing your memories of the Laudato Si’ Movement on social media using the hashtag #LSM10 and tagging the Laudato Si’ Movement.
