The priorities for 2026 invite every member of the Laudato Si’ Movement to move from intention to impact. At the center of this year is a renewed commitment to ecological conversion—not as an abstract idea, but as a daily way of living our faith through care for creation, justice for the most vulnerable, and deep communion with one another.
Across the world, the Movement continues to grow thanks to the dedication of its members. Growth happens when you invite someone new to join as a volunteer, when you organize moments of prayer and reflection, and when you take initiative by launching recycling, reforestation, or awareness campaigns in your parishes, schools, and local communities. What We Ask of Laudato Si’ Animators and Members
In 2026, we ask Laudato Si’ Animators and all members of the Movement to embrace their role as builders of community and witnesses of hope. This means fostering spaces of encounter, encouraging dialogue, and helping others understand that care for our common home is inseparable from care for people.
We invite you to:
- Strengthen local initiatives that connect faith, ecology, and social justice
- Promote moments of prayer, formation, and collective discernment
- Encourage new volunteers to take their first steps within the Movement
- Collaborate with parishes, dioceses, and partner organizations to amplify impact
