As the Laudato Si’ Movement joyfully steps into its 11th year, we invite our entire global family to gather once again—across time zones, cultures, and continents—for a moment of deep communion. This anniversary is more than a milestone; it is a heartfelt pause to remember how far God has carried us, how creation continues to speak to us, and how our shared mission keeps weaving us together in hope.
On Saturday, January 17th, 2026, let us come as we are—grateful, expectant, and ready to listen.
We will pray as one body, breathe as one community, and celebrate a story written not by programs or plans, but by the quiet courage of ordinary people doing extraordinary things for our preparing for us.
Mark your calendar—and prepare to join a celebration where the Spirit gathers us, renews us, and sends us forth once more.

Why This Celebration Matters
The 11th Anniversary Online Global Gathering is a heartfelt invitation to pause, pray, and renew our energy as one global family. This year’s theme is inspired by the words of Pope Francis (2014):
“Look to the past with gratitude, live the present with passion, and embrace the future with hope.”
Through prayer, testimonies, and community moments, we will reflect on how God has been moving through our Movement—from small seeds of ecological conversion to a worldwide network of bold, faith-filled changemakers.
This experience will be both, a space for International connection and language pers small group to deepen the conversation.
What to Expect: Three Movements of the Heart
The gathering is intentionally divided into three —a spiritual pilgrimage through time:
1. Gratitude — Looking to the Past
We begin by remembering.
In this opening moment, we recall the meaningful experiences, encounters, and victories that have shaped our Movement. It is a time to say:
“Thank you, Lord, for guiding us this far.”
Stories of transformation will remind us that Laudato Si’ began as a whisper and grew into a global cry for ecological conversion, justice, and peace.
2. Passion — Living the Present
The present moment is sacred.
In this second act, we reconnect with our shared love for creation and renew the flame that fuels our daily commitment—our work, our advocacy, our community building, our prayer.
It is a chance to breathe deeply and recognize the grace present in every act of care for our common home.
3. Hope — Embracing the Future
We conclude by looking joyfully ahead.
In a world suffering from climate anxiety and deep injustice, hope becomes an act of courage.
Here we will pray for renewed strength, listen to the key initiatives for 2026, and open our hearts to the future God is calling us to build:
A future where creation thrives.
A future where communities rise.
A future where ecological conversion becomes a way of life.
