Let Living Water Flow
Through Your Community

Catholic Resources for the Season of Creation 2026

“Where the river flows, everything will live.”

— Ezekiel 47:9

The Season of Creation is more than a celebration- it is a journey of ecological conversion. Here you’ll find Catholic resources that are deeply intertwined with the Ecumenical Celebration Guide. All resources support the work of Season of Creation for our catholic community.

Start Your Journey

Instead of wondering where to begin, follow this simple path throughout the Season of Creation.

Receive
Living Water

Begin with Prayer and Contemplation

Before we change the world, God first renews our hearts.

Take time to pray, reflect, and allow God’s Living Water to deepen your relationship with creation.

Receiving Living Water

Spiritual reflections connecting the Season of Creation with the Lenten journey Return to the Heart.

15-Minute Contemplation: Connecting with Water

  1. Preparation: Find a quiet place. Become aware of the water surrounding you right now—in the clouds above, the air you breathe, your tap, a nearby river, and within your own body. Through water, we were initiated into our community of faith at baptism. Praised be You, my Lord, through Sister Water.
  2. Intention: Pray in silence: “Lord Jesus, you are the Living Water; teach me to listen to your voice in the water and in the silence. May the heartbeat of creation resonate in my heart, so that my life may flow like a river of hope for our common home. Amen.”
  3. Contemplation: Play the video, and let yourself be enveloped by the meditation, the sounds, and the images. When finished, ask yourself: How can I be a channel of the Living Water today for those who thirst?
